Information used for your rental

We collect information you provide, such as your name, contact details, selected space, stored-property description and identifiers, dimensions, insurance attestation or policy details, and messages to us. We keep the quote and agreement you accept, your separate payment authorization, acceptance date, payment and refund records, and rental requests such as cancellation or move-out reports.

Insurance can be confirmed by attestation or by providing policy details. Do not send a Social Security number, account password, full payment-card number or banking credentials through property-description fields or email.

Payments and service providers

Stripe collects payment details on its payment pages and processes authorized payments. Our rental records use payment references, amounts and statuses; our website does not ask you to enter full card or bank details into its rental forms.

GoDaddy provides website hosting and database services. Nimbio provides the facility access service. Email providers, including the business Gmail service, handle correspondence. Information needed to provide those services may be processed by the relevant provider under its own terms and privacy practices. A payment or application does not by itself activate gate access.

Cookies, access and facility cameras

Essential session cookies keep your quote or rental access separate from other visitors and support owner sign-in. Disabling cookies can prevent those features from working. Hosting and payment services may also process connection and security information to operate their services and prevent misuse.

Rental and gate records help administer authorized access and investigate problems. Security cameras are used at the facility. Continuous operation, complete coverage, retention, recovery or availability of footage is not guaranteed, and footage is not a service promised to renters.

Use, retention and requests

We use rental information to respond to inquiries, review and administer rentals, arrange authorized access, process payments and refunds, maintain accounting records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Records may need to be retained after a rental ends for those purposes. Information may be disclosed when required by law or needed for a lawful claim.

To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, email us. We may need to verify your identity and may need to retain records for legal, accounting or unresolved rental obligations. Contacting us does not automatically change your agreement, cancel a rental or revoke a payment authorization; identify those requests separately.

This notice does not authorize advertising messages. Material changes to your signed agreement or payment authorization are handled separately from updates to this notice.
