Are the spaces covered?+
No. Every space is uncovered outdoor parking on a graded gravel lot.
Can I access my property at any time?+
Gate access is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week using your personal access method.
Is there a setup fee or security deposit?+
No setup fee. Your security deposit equals one month of rent: $65, $85 or $125 depending on your space. Rent and any applicable tax are separate.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?+
No. Rentals are month-to-month. The final agreement explains renewal and cancellation terms before payment.
What size should I choose?+
Measure the full length from the trailer tongue or front bumper to the furthest rear point, then add a few feet for working room.
Can someone live in an RV at the lot?+
No. The property is for storage only and cannot be used as a residence or RV park.
